• Strong commercial acumen — experience engaging with procurement, vendor negotiations, or enterprise deal strategy is a strong advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex recommendations to executive and board audiences with clarity and confidence

• 12+ years of senior commercial or advisory experience in financial technology, with meaningful exposure to financial institutions in GCC, UAE, or broader MENA markets
• Deep understanding of how banks and financial institutions procure enterprise technology — from business case development through to contract close
• Experience advising fintech or SaaS companies on GTM strategy, enterprise sales organisation design, or pricing for regulated financial services environments
• Existing relationships across financial institutions, regulators, or the fintech ecosystem in the UAE or GCC region are a strong advantage

• 12+ years of experience in financial technology, enterprise software, or investment advisory — with direct exposure to private equity or venture due diligence processes

• 12+ years of senior experience in financial technology, enterprise software, or management consulting — with strong exposure to banks, insurers, or asset managers across the UK or European markets
• Deep familiarity with UK and European financial services regulation, procurement dynamics, and technology decision-making at board and C-suite level
